Returns and Refunds
Plug Sneakrs offers a return service on all products in the catalogue (excluding the air force 1 custom and mystery boxes) within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods. It is possible to receive a return change size at no additional cost by contacting our service team (ONLY ITALY), a courier collection will be sent to collect the incorrect size and the correct size will be sent with processing times as if it were a new order. While, the complete return service can begin by sending an email to info@plugsneakrs.com, receiving within 24/48 working hours and filling out the return form. We will accept the return only if it has arrived at our warehouses within 14 days after receiving the order
Return costs and charges will be borne by the customer in the event of a return, free for size changes in 🇮🇹. You will receive within 5 working days of receiving the return from of the warehouse confirmation of the financial reimbursement
An essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal or size change will be the substantial integrity of the product to be returned. The goods must be returned in perfect condition, as they have been kept and possibly handled with the use of normal diligence - any costs for restoring the product could be charged to the customer.
Plug Sneakrs recommends its customers to use express couriers such as UPS or DHL for their returns - with insurance on the goods, equal to the amount originally paid.
In particular, the goods must be returned:
- Properly packaged in their original packaging, in perfect condition and shipped with a double box in the case of sneakers (not ruined, damaged or soiled), equipped with all the accessories and documentation provided in the original shipment;
- Equipped with the transport document (present in the original packaging) and the completed return form, so as to allow Plug Sneakrs to identify the buyer.
- Without obvious signs of use, other than those compatible with the effect of a normal test of the article, e.g. Try a shoe on a clean surface or carpet. The articles therefore must not bear traces of prolonged use (more than a few minutes) exceeding the time necessary for a test and must not be in such a state that they cannot be used. resale.
- The Plug Sneakrs warranty seals, where present, must not be removed or tampered with.
Plug Sneakrs reserves the right to apply penalties of up to 100% of the value on the product for non-compliant items returned, therefore with signs of use - or without warranty tags still attached to the product, for missing extra accessories or for receiving the return overrun the 14 days expected.
Plug Sneakrs does not offer refunds for orders lost by carriers or damage caused by them.
